The Collaborative Care Summit is a two-day comprehensive medical education program pending 11.25 CMEs/CEUs for Healthcare Professionals working in the fields of dermatology, rheumatology, allergy/immunology, and gastroenterology. This multi-sponsored, triple-accredited program has recruited an outstanding faculty of thought leaders to conduct educational sessions on inflammatory diseases, overlapping conditions, and collaborative treatment approaches in a format that is conducive for interaction between attendees and faculty across specialties. We also have several networking events planned, including an evening reception, so faculty, attendees, and industry partners can mingle.

The conference is accredited for 11.25 Category I CME/CEs. CME Accreditation will be completed through nationally held accrediting bodies that are held in high standards with the ACCME.

Physician Assistants
Amedco has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME creditfor activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 11.25 AAPA Category1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.
Nurse Practitioners
AANP Credit Designation Statement This education activity has been approved by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners for up to 11.25 contact hours of accredited education. You must request your certificate within 45 days of the activity to meet the deadline for submission to AANP. Credits are generally reported during the first week of each month for those who claimed during the month prior.
Nurse Pharmacology
This activity is eligible for up to 9.50 pharmacotherapeutic hours. Please note onsite agenda for identification of sessions eligible for pharmacotherapeutic hours and self-submit those to your board

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the event. To ensure fairness and clarity, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once this period begins.
Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the event with the substitute attendee’s details.
Event Cancellation by Organizers: In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule the program, registrants will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled event.
