+Can I earn CME credits?
Yes. Up to 20.5 hours of CME credit are anticipated for DID 2027.
+What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted with written notice at least 7 days prior.
+Is there a group rate?
